Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an order or payment.

Our public website records page visits, clicks to call or order, form starts, and successful catering inquiries. Browser storage helps distinguish visits and sessions. We may record the referring website, campaign parameters, and whether a Google advertising click identifier was present to understand how people find us.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand website activity and advertising performance. Google may use cookies and advertising identifiers for these services. Our custom measurement events do not include the name, email address, phone number, or event details entered in an inquiry. These measurements are separate from a confirmed paid order.

Service providers & access

Staff handling your inquiry can access the details needed to respond. Website hosting, data storage, and email providers process information to operate these services. If you submit a Google Ads lead form, Google processes the submission under its own privacy policy and makes the lead available to Fried Rice Master.

Your choices & requests

You can ask us to correct your inquiry information, stop following up about an inquiry, or delete inquiry information that is no longer needed.
